TEH EH & CO is led by Alicia Teh, a Chartered Accountant whose career spans Big Four audit and senior finance roles across Asia and New Zealand.
Her experience ranges from growing SMEs to large and listed organisations. Through TEH EH & CO, she has also supported the finance function of a Nasdaq-listed company, alongside involvement earlier in her career in some of New Zealand's early sustainability assurance work.
That breadth of experience shapes the firm's approach today: understand how the business actually works, apply technical knowledge in context, and keep the solution proportionate to what the business needs.
